I have not blogged about my life in the past about 6 months and so much has changed.
On October 30th 2010 Alex Proposed to me at the Frau Kemmling Schoolhaus Brewhaus Restaurant In Jacksonville. It was romantic, perfect and absolutely amazing. The way I have ever dreamed it to be. Alex Proposed in the bell tower over looking all of Jacksonville. Alex was at work all day.. so I thought. I was having a girly day with my mom. It was 5:00 oclock sharp when Mr. Cummings arrived to pick me up for our "date". I was ready for some time alone with him before our crazy week started again : ) Alex was driving SUPER slow, which happens to be a small pet peeve of mine : ) We finally.. FINALLY haha got to the restaurant and we were greeted by one of the event coordinators of the restaurant. He asked us if we wanted to tour the building.. I felt it was a little odd.. but whatever.. We then walked up these stairs, which led to the attic, and then another set of stairs which led to the bell tower. You know where I am going here.. Once we were about to walk up the steps, the owner conveniently had to take a "call" he allowed Alex to take me up. When I got up they're were lights candels and lanters lighting the whole bell tower. You could see the whole town : ) we were admiring the beautiful fall colors when Alex pointed out that only one of two lantern was lit. I didn't see importance of that fact.. little did I know what was about to happen. Alex then proceeded to open the lantern and I saw a little blue box.. a tiffany & co box.. I could not believe what has happening.. alex then got down on one knee and told me "babe.. I'm ready!! I want you to spend the rest of my life, Will you MARRY ME??? I said "yes of course" : ) and we hugged.. and kissed for about 5 minutes and then got back into the elevator to go have dinner, once we got to the restaurant floor I could hear my mom's laugh.. and Alex leaned over and said seconds before the door opened ohh yeah surprise engagement party.. the door swong open.. pots were banging and 30 of our closest family and friends were standing and cheering for us.. I was the happiest girl in the room : ) It was an amazing night.. one I will NEVER FORGET!!
