Lucy from the Camera Roll

It really doesn't get any cuter than this girl 

The weather has been wonderful, We have been loving every walk in the false spring weather. I was hoping that we could play in the grass but it was always too wet. Hopefully one day this week. 

 This sweet girl is going to be sitting by herself before we know it. 

I am trying not to force her or rush her to do anything shes not ready for. I am letting her go at her own rate. Some people have mentioned that their child at Lucy's age already was crawling or sitting by themselves. But I am totally content letting her decide when she wants to crawl, walk, stand and sit. 

 She has been TEETHING!! She is cutting a tooth and I feel completely helpless. The poor thing gets so fussy, and she rubs her cheeks and eyes as well as pulls on her ear. To help sooth her gums I have been giving her frozen bananas so she can suck on it, she LOVES IT. We have been using the Hyland's Teething Tablets as well as infant tylenol when she starts to get a fever and shes VERY fussy. 

Her new thing when she eats is to put her hands on my face or in my mouth. It is the most priceless thing, I feel like she is getting to know me, and I feel like we are totally bonding, which I haven't felt in a while. She is my world, and when she puts her hand on my face my heart melts. 

Ok enough with the mushy gushy..

Since I am a stay at home mom, my house gets re-organized or re-decorated nearly EVERY day. I wanted to change up my mantel, before I had a mirror and candles, and now I have my chalkboard and some fun new vases that I (as my hubby calls it - GLITTERIZED) made
