Sunriver 2017

We are just getting home from a long weekend in Sunriver. Every year we look forward to this and every year it brings thee best memories. This year was extra special because my brother and his family from Texas were able to meet up with us in Sunriver. We haven't seen my sister in law and nephew in almost 2 years. It was incredibly sweet to catch up and watch the kids run around and play. We did all the fun things that Sunriver offers. Lots of bike rides, walks and hikes. We were able to drive about 30 min outside of Sunriver to a beautiful Lake. Devil's Lake. It was the most stunning thing we have ever seen. The emerald green glacier like water was stunning.

After we got back from the Lake we were able to get ready and head into town for the Jack Johnson concert. We bought the tickets forever ago and it was hard to believe it was actually here. It was fun to go with my family and one of my closest friends Naomi. We had such a great time, so many laughs and all the love for Jack Johnson.

The rest of the weekend was spent with the cousins. It was so cute watching them be together. Lucy caught a butterfly and they were all mesmerized by it. The next morning I went to check on it and it was dead ;( they were so excited to go check on it and they figured he was just sleeping and they would wake him up in a little bit, giving us plenty of time to "free" it.

Matching PJ's thanks to Gammy & Papa

Also Gammy and Papa spoiled the kids with a fun day at the Sunriver Village. All the Ice cream and Fun went down. And we were sure the kids would all pass out as soon as we got home. They were all sharing a room and it went surprisingly well.

That next morning we went on a long bike ride with the kids to Benham Falls. It was so beautiful. The kids had the time of their lives. I was so so so so sore afterwards but I am so thankful Alex was able to bike the kids for the most part. I biked about half way there and then called it quits.

Then we loaded up and camped out at the pool for the day. My kids have been looking forward to the Share pool for a while. They love love it.

All packed up and ready to be home ;)

Last year he was in my tummy and this year he is crawling around and the cutest little boy ever ;)

Such a wonderful mini vacation with wonderful people. Cannot wait for next years already!
