Seems like forever since I even logged on here to write or even look at my blog. Life as been moving all to fast and down time has been non existent. We had a super busy summer with trips broken up throughout the whole summer and a long trip at the end. We loved every single one of our trips and love even more the wonderful memories we have. looking back and thinking about our summer it is safe to say it was pretty fantastic.
I wanted to start a post on our East Coast trip and break it up into three parts (maybe more) and I hope I can finish them all. This was a big trip for us and we are so thankful for the time we had away and with family. It was a wonderful vacation.
We started the trip off in Boston, and then drove to New Hampshire where we stayed for 3 days. New Hampshire, Meredith to be exact was so stunning. We stayed right on the lake. Alex's cousin got married there that weekend and it was one of the most beautiful wedding's we've attended.
The view from our bed was pretty amazing, I could get use to it that's for sure.
The pools were fantastic, family friendly pool and adult only pools :)
The Lake was super warm and so pleasant, we spent a lot of our time there by the lake.
Since the girls were in the wedding we went to the rehearsal dinner and it was a lovely dinner. Liam and I bounced out a little early he was ready for bed. We were able to hire a babysitter to sit with the kids so we could enjoy the rest of the evening with family.
So fun getting some one on one time :)
Wedding day, it was so fun having the girls be a part of the wedding. Jenn the bride was the sweetest and most thoughtful and made it so special for them. They kept saying what a beautiful bride she was.
feelin that wine :)
All the siblings and spouses. Love this family so much!
Day after the wedding we traveled from New Hampshire to Maine. It was stunning! The kids conveniently had to go potty at this beautiful farm. We of course picked flowers and ate some lunch. They had an adorable farm to table brunch going on and it was the cutest thing.
Hopefully Part two will come soon ;)
We had such a wonderful time at the Lake and we want to thank Sam and Jenn for letting us be apart of their special day. It was a blast and such a wonderful memory!
