Spring Time

Spring is quickly becoming one of my favorite seasons. It is just so beautiful. The pink and white fluffy trees, the spring colorful flowers popping up through the ground. The grass turning bright green and all the wonderful sunshine. We have had some really rainy days here lately and we had a break with some sunshine so we decided to get out and take a nice walk.

We are in the middle planning out our garden for this year. We were successful in growing our garden last year but not so successful in the benefits of a garden. We had some bugs and maybe butterflies eat most of our garden last year. This year we are determined to keep it nice and clean and bug free. Besides the bugs that will help our garden.

We are going to plant some flowers in our garden beds this year to help with the garden keeping good bugs in the garden and preventing the bad ones. We also want to stick with just a few things we know we will want to eat from our garden. I feel like last year we went too big and planted way too much.

Apart from just a garden we are going to plant two fruit trees. Lemons & Lime's we eat a lot of these and I have always wanted these trees. I am excited to bring them home in a few months. I have pots all ready lined out for them. they will be a welcome addition to our backyard. We have worked hard to create a space in our backyard that is comfortable and enjoyable and inviting. I have a few ideas up my sleeve for making that happen. They also involve screens and swings ;)

Also this Camilla Tree is all my garden goals. I love it every single year. We couldn't help but have a little photo shoot on our way to the library for story time :) Also mom jeans are officially the only jeans I wear. Hello High waist goodness. Hello non super skinny tight goodness. Hello I am a mom chasing after my kids and I need clothes that will allow me to :)
