I feel like this weekend was a bit of a blur. it went so fast and yet also so slow at the same time. We started the weekend off with a super fun double date with some good friends. It was both the boys' birthdays and so we thought it was a good enough reason to go out and celebrate. We went to a great Mexican restaurant with delicious margaritas (I'd been looking forward to it all week ;)) and really good tacos. After we ate dinner we walked into the plaza for some celebratory desert and drinks. It was the perfect end to the night well spent with great friends, good food and plenty of laughs for sure. We had such a great time I didn't have a chance to snap any photos except at the very end, so you get grainy and dark photos and half eye open photos (yikes)

Saturday was a slow start enjoying the morning with the kiddos and doing plenty of yard work and time spent outside. We didn't spend hardly a minute inside the whole day. It was so nice being able to enjoy the sunshine as a family. We did chalk, rode scooters went for walks, bike rides and plenty of yard work. It was a grand day. We finished the day with ice cream at the cutest local ice cream shop.
