36 Weeks

This post seems silly just because I just wrote my 35 week post ;) But here we go.
This week has been something else, with my hubby hard at work studying for his last evaluation and working a little more than usual it FLEW by. I remember this week well when I was pregnant with Lucy. I was walking my bottom off daily, and rrrrrready to meet her. This time around I feel just as ready to meet her, but I am mainly ready to just get through with all these contractions. Hours and hours of contractions really wears me out. I am ready for it to be the real deal ;)

Towards the end of this week I have had multiple nights of contractions. They usually last anywhere from an hour to four hours. Last night they got down to 6 minutes apart for about an hour but then slowly started getting further and further apart. We had a scare where I didn't feel her for a good 3 hours.We were about to head into L&D but then she started having a dance party inside my belly and put all our worries to ease. She's usually very active after dinner until about 10. So this was completely out of the normal for her to be completely still.

I also had a funny but not so funny moment at 3 am the other night where my calf completely cramped up. I was basically hyperventilating trying to get it to relax and nearly gave Alex a heart attack. It happened 5 times in a row. I thought it was going to explode. I was literally sweating because it was hurting so bad. It finally relaxed when I stood up and I was 100% terrified to lay back down, I told Alex I was just going to sleep standing. My calf is still sore.. 3 days later ;)

We are healthy non the less and I am sooooo thankful for that.

Here is a little picture recap of the week ;)

We thought it would be fun to do the same picture we did while pregnant with lucy at the same week.

I was 36 weeks pregnant with Lucy here
and 36 weeks with baby girl. I am a bit lower than I was with Lucy {I think ;)}

We walked over to a local boutique that is dangerously close to our house and bought a few items for baby girl. We have these same socks for Lucy but in winter(y) colors. I couldn't resist these bright spring colors.

 You can purchase them here we still use these socks for Lucy so they are well worth the price!
