We have not been on a full blown vacation since our honeymoon which was 2 years ago.. I guess that is pretty normal for most people.. Right??? But I am ready to pack my bags and get outta here. Anywhere would be nice... Even 30 minutes from here! I just want some new sights and things to do, maybe even some family we haven't seen in a little bit.
Vacationing isn't really an opportunity for us since the hubby stared his new job, it is best that we stay put for a while {a year} while he finishes his probationary year. I am just itching to go somewhere! We use to travel a lot before we got married.. we not a lot but we did it.. lol

I would love to take Lucy to Disneyland.. I just know she would get a kick out of it for like an hour.. So I think we will save that trip for a time where she will actually enjoy it!
We went to New York right before we got married to watch Alex's brother graduate from West Point. It was such an amazing trip. After the graduation Alex and I took a quick trip into the city for the DAY. Yup that's right we did NYC in 4 hours. luckily I had been there before and remember exactly where all the main attractions were, and the easiest quickest routes to them.
