Date Night + Anniversary Sale

We are making date nights more and more a priority. I don't know about you, but when we are able to date the weeks go by much more smoothly. Quality time is my love language and it is very important to me to make that happen. I need time with my hubby especially since he isn't always home at night with me. We have a few babysitters now that summer is out. We are hoping to continue to rely on one of them throughout the year so we can keep this up. It's also fun to be able to look for things to wear that's outside of the mom clothes world and more into the 25 year old wife world ;)

There's just something about getting dolled up for your husband. I had such a fun time with him. We went to one of our favorite restaurants and we were even able to catch happy hour which was SOOO GOOD. It's been a while since we were able to just cut loose. 

So in love with that hard worken man. He's a hunk and he lets me be extremely goofy. He gets me like no one else. LOOOOVE you babe.

On a second note. I gave myself a wonderful raise this past week called the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Here is what I picked up. I bought two of these hats because um.. they are the best and I wear mine all the time. I bought the sweatshirt dress in grey for fall and I cannot wait to wear it. The shoes are even cuter in person. Definitely worth every penny. Excited to wear them on a date soon.
