Mini Me

It's not every day you are surrounded by snow in a winter wonderland. So when we were in sunriver I wanted to take advantage of all the beautiful scenery. I spent naptime making flower crowns from the greenery around us. We went to the store that morning to grab flowers and there had been a HUGE storm the night before so the store I was counting on wasn't open as people couldn't get to it. So my options were VERY slim. I tried my hardest to pick ones with red in it. All the other ones were died yellow, orange and purple so the choice was actually pretty obvious who am I kidding ;)

So once we got back I turned on the hallmark channel grabbed my diet coke and had some quality mama time. Felt like heaven that's for sure.

The night before we were in bend and the hubby let me do a little pre-birthday shopping at one of the boutiques I absolutely love. I walked into the store saw this dress and was instantly in love. I tried it on instantly and it came home with us. My hubby does not like sleeves on dresses so it was a big deal that he bought it for me ;) He's too good to me.

I love having two girls. I love their love of all things dresses, tutus and crowns. It's too fun to dress up with them and enjoy being carefree and just having fun. Life is too short to get caught up. Also trying to teach them and encourage them to embrace who they are. The way God made them so beautifully and fearfully. It amazes me watching Him work in these two beautiful girls as well as in me through them.
