Our 2015

So I had high hopes of posting our last post of 2015 in the year 2015 ;) But time got away from me.

This year was on for the memory books. Are girls are creeping out of the baby stage and we took full advantage of that by taking them on a whole lot of adventures. I cannot believe how little they were a year ago. Looking at them now makes me tear up, I am so not ready for them to be big. I love these days at home with them, even the super hard ones.

This year brought some really hard times. Through all of it we were able to learn so much and grow from it which I am ultimately so excited about and ready to take with me into 2016.

This year brought the girls closer together. They realized they have built in buddies, and playmates. It made me happy to see them playing together and sharing occasionally without being told to. These girls brought many many laughs, endless smiles and lifetime of joy in memories.

This year brought Alex and I closer together. This man loves like no one I've ever met. Not just me, everyone around him. Learning to love him the way he needs and feels loved was a huge milestone for me this year. We prioritized dates and were intentional about reading together before bed. All of it left positive steps forward in our marriage, and I am so thankful for that. We are comfortable and secure in each other.

This year brought new friendships. We were blessed with growing closer to new friends. This was a big one for us, we love fellowship we love a good laugh, a great dinner a yummy drink :) It was either at a restaurant, park or our houses but we tried to connect more with our friends.

This year brought us closer to our siblings. My sister and I are closer than we've ever been, and my heart swells with joy thinking about it. We have renewed a relationship and it is a beautiful one.

There is so much more about this year but I just wanted to highlight some of our most important ones. I made a little video of some of our favorite moments. We can't thank you enough for your love and support over this year on social media, it's not always easy putting yourself out there, but the ones who see it, the real you, are wonderful friends in the making that we may have never known without it.
