Valentines Weekend

We had a pretty packed weekend over here. There's so much to write about and document and I hope I don't leave anything out. This was the first weekend in nearly 3 weeks the family was in good health. It was so nice to be able to get out of the house and run errands together, and do our normal activities and such. We even snuck out for a date night leaving all three kids with a sitter for the first time since having Liam.

So let's kick this longest post ever off from the start. I think the start of this post is Friday? I can't remember, but we were all home and we were all so happy to be feeling a little better. Crafts, valentines and snacks with daddy for the win. We had bought the girls some valentines day crafts and had been saving them for when they felt better to make them. I am so happy that they did in time to enjoy the festivities.

Lucy had her first soccer game this weekend as well. My soccer lovin heart could hardly handle what I was seeing. My own daughter out there playing soccer just blew me away. She had a hard time understanding why the other kids weren't sharing the soccer ball, so I am hoping with a little more practice we will understand you're suppose to chase and get the ball ;)

Saturday night brought a date night. We haven't left the kids with a sitter since having Liam. We knew the day was coming and needed to do it for our own sanity. We went to a winery just up the road from our house a bit. I hadn't tasted their wine in such a long time it's so so so yummy! Great food, great wine & wonderful company.

Liam turned 5 months over the weekend. We Celebrated with a candle in some applesauce for him ;)

Monday brought Valentines day and boy was it filled to the brim with LOVE!

We got to go to Lucy's school Valentines party and it was all kinds of cute. Loved seeing her in her element!
