32 Weeks

This week was no walk in the park for me. Alex worked 120 hours in 7 days ;((( super super super lame. But I so appreciate him because he is working so hard ahead of time so he can take time off when baby E is here. Before he worked so hard this week him and Lucy caught a nasty cold virus type thing, and you guessed it I got it this week when he was gone a ton. I felt completely miserable and Lucy is cutting her canine so we didn't get ANY sleep, making my sickness that much worse.

On a positive note ;) I am feeling more and more prepared for baby E to be here. I picked out my diaper bag, and now just waiting for it to arrive so I can stuff it full of baby E's goodies. Her dresser is all stocked with diapers and essentials, her clothes are all clean and folded and ready to be worn, and her crib is dressed and ready for her to sleep in it ;) Her swaddles are all folded nice and neatly so we can rip through them when she gets here. Aden & Anais came out with a swaddle that snaps closed for easy diaper changes during the night ;) So I am super excited about those to get here. You can find them here I also picked up these adorable super soft bambu swaddles which you can find here

As good as you will get from this sick pregnant mama ;)

I can see my toes :)  although a bit harder to touch them.. lol

We are really getting there aren't we. With just 8 weeks left I am excited to just relax and wait for her arrival. I have been taking it way easy anyway, to keep the contractions away.

How far along: 32 Weeks

Total weight gain: 18 Pound, this was what I gained in total with Lucy. Oy Vey it's so weird how different it's been, I also craved much healthier foods with Lucy.
Maternity clothes: Nothing, and I am at the point where I am having a hard time buying any since we only have a short time left.
Stretch marks: No, I use Bio Oil as well as the Honest Belly Balm night and morning. Highly recommend the honest belly balm.
Sleep: No sleep once again.
Best moment of this week: hmm.. that's a tough one, probably just getting things more and more prepared.
Miss anything: Exercise, and having a non baby belly ;)
Movement: ALL.THE.TIME.
Food cravings: Diet Cherry Coke still. Fruit and Yogurt Parfait's have been a staple every morning.
Anything making you queasy or sick: With having a cold, came all the terrible symptoms, head pounding throat burning, nose plugged you know how it goes. I have a lot more heartburn this week.

Have you started to show yet: For sure!

Gender: Sweet Girl!

Labor signs: Braxton Hicks and Contractions.

Belly button in or out: IN

Wedding rings on or off: On
Happy or moody most of the time: Ready for a new week.. lol

Looking forward to: getting healthy, and for my diaper bag to arrive so I can get that organized ;)

  1. Wow! You are all set aren't you?! I'm so sorry you're not feeling well but hope it passes quickly and stays away for good.

We have nothing prepared, like nothing at all, still. I did pull all the newborn sized clothes out of the giant laundry basket that is holding all of T's clothes currently. I haven't even taken tags off yet. We did decide on a crib this week but since he will sleep in our room (in a pack-n-play w/a bassinet) for a while we aren't in any huge hurry to order it. Our new bedroom is still a work in progress so decorating a nursery is not something we will be doing for a while.

Happy 32 weeks to us. Hope baby E stays put for a while longer.

    1. We are certainly getting there, still need a few things to feel completely ready, but if she came early I feel ready ;) Yeah my sinus infection is getting better slowly its been almost 2 weeks!

Yeah no need to order one if you already have a place prepared for him ;) Baby E's crib is in our bedroom, and I am honestly worried, we didn't co-sleep with Lucy I am worried we will keep her awake at night.

I am not really decorating much anymore either, since we will be moving soon I don't really see too huge of a need. It will be nice to decorate once we move and I will hopefully have more energy to do so ;)

Hope sweet Teddy stays put as well, sounds like you're in the same boat as me!
