WE BROKE GROUND.. on our house!
How exciting right?? There is a house going up down the street from us and I kid you not it is going SOO fast. They poured foundation on that house about not even two weeks ago and it is already almost completely framed. My jaw drops every time I drive by. It makes me so excited though thinking about how fast our house will go up from now.
They told us 120 days from when they break ground which puts us at June 17th but in our contract they said a projected finish date would be June 3rd and then proceeded to tell us it would most likely be done before then so I am hoping for May ;)
I have taken quite the break from house dreaming since baby E has been letting us know her arrival will be soon. So I hope once she is here I can start focusing on house dreaming again! I always pin items on pinterest but I need to get more organized, like actually finding the items I need to decorate and figuring out where certain items in our house will go, it is all starting to get very real around here. We are slowly down sizing and creating more room for the four of us in our little house, but soon we will have plenty of extra space, so I need to get creative with where I want everything to go. Here are a few samples of pins that have caught my eye this week.
This is my inspiration for our bedroom! We have a chandelier already, and we have mirrored night stands just need to find a pretty wallpaper like the one pictured and add some crown molding.
As mentioned before our pantry will be a GODSEND we don't have one now, and I cannot wait to have a place to organize everything. Everything in our pantry will be organized in these jars and will look similar to this.
I am in LOVE with this door. I am secretly praying and hoping we can have the room to one day (soon) add windows around the door, makes it looks so cheery and bright. Although I don't know how I would cover the windows at night... any ideas?
