Funfetti Grapefruit Popcicles

I wanted to share a super fun snack idea for warm summer days. The girls are sprinkle fanatics, but honestly who isn't they make everything better. They also love popsicle's in a huge way. We recently picked up a popsicle mold from target on one of our runs for one thing that ended up with popsicle' molds you know how those go :) Anyway I was excited to whip up some yummy treats for the girls.

I picked up some of the honest grapefruit juice for making the popsicle's as well as some fun colored sprinkles since we were out. As the girls were watching the items go into the cart their eyes were getting bigger and bigger and their voices louder and louder with excitement.

These are probably the easiest to make and they will blow your kids' minds. Although my layers didn't turn out so well since I have zero patience they were still pleased.

You will need
 juice for the popsicle
sprinkles
Popsicle molds

Start by pouring juice a 1/4 full and add sprinkles. Place in the freezer and wait a solid hour or two (this will take all day if you start in the morning). Once the first layer is frozen add more juice and sprinkles and continue this pattern until the mold is filled. Wait for it to freeze solid then ENJOY!

Clearly I didn't wait as long as I should have, but hey, lesson learned and try again right? I wanted to share with you because It's such a fun recipe and kids love helping :)
