Our Backyard.. It's a love hate relationship for my hubby right now. He's been working his butt off getting it ready and put in for summer! I mean like all day every day off. He's lost 8 pounds from working so hard, why wasn't I out there ; )

Thought I would share a little update as to how it's looking and whats next. My husband the rockstar hunk that he is put in the sprinkler system all by himself as well as he set the forms to pouring cement

Alex's co-workers are rockstars! They came out and finished the job! We are so thankful for all their help!!
ALL DONE!! When we purchased our home they put a tiny little pad of concrete out the sliding glass door, so we needed to pour extra concrete to create a patio. I had originally planned on laying brick in the harringbone pattern. The price of laying brick as well as the time we would have spent laying was just getting overwhelming. So we decided to just go for pouring concrete and then in the future adding a nice brick area.
Once the concrete dried, I threw on some patio furniture. I was way to excited to wait.
